The apartment is arranged on one level and it can be accessed without having to use any stairs - though it isn't really practical for a wheelchair user or someone with mobility issues.

The space acts as both a cosy sitting room and as a bedroom, with a large, comfortable sofa and a full-size permanent double bed. (The sofa can be also be used as a single bed if one is required).

The walls are wood panelled throughout, adding to the sense of warmth, and with digitally controlled central heating, to complement the open conservatory, the apartment is a perfect retreat whatever the weather.

It has its own fully-tiled wetroom, with wc and wash basin and a small kitchenette with basic cooking facilities - including a microwave, toaster and kettle. There is also a sink unit and drainer.

Slate-floored throughout - and with the open conservatory also acting as a covered entrance space - it is an ideal base for walkers and cyclists and anyone else who may occasionally find themselves needing to dry out those muddy boots or in need of somewhere to hang wet waterproofs!
